Delivery

NOYER ApS aims to ship orders placed before 17 the same day, orders thereafter are sent the next working day.
We ship to all of Denmark and abroad. Shipping prices from DKK 0 domestically and from DKK 130 abroad.
Your goods are sent with GLS or DHL.
If problems arise, contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods. You must pay particular attention to the delivery time for our larger products.

Right of complaint


There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. NOYER ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal
At Noyer.dk, you always have 14 days full right of withdrawal according to the consumer agreement per June 2014. As a consumer, you have 14 days to inform us about an undone purchase. After notification of this, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You simply have to send the product back in the same condition and quantity as it was received, but you are free to take the product out of the packaging to take a closer look at the product, just as you can with our products in any of our dealers. In addition to sending the item back to us, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to receive the item at the post office. If you choose this, please notify the post office to send the item back immediately.

If you have used the product but want to regret the purchase, a concrete assessment will be made of what the product can be resold for and a possible depreciation will be deducted from the return amount.

It is you as the customer who pays the shipping to send the item back. Returned goods sent by cash on delivery will be refused. When we have received the item back, and have had the time and opportunity to check that it meets the conditions for cancellation, we will make sure to return your money to you. The repayment takes place via account transfer - Therefore always enclose a copy of your invoice with your account information registered and account number. so that we can reverse your receivables.

pick up in store

On our webshop it is possible to choose to pick up our products in our store. In this way, it is possible to reserve an item online, and then pick up the item physically in our store. Since the item is picked up in our store, the same conditions apply as when you shop physically in our store.
