Prices

At NOYER ApS, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We reserve the right for sold-out items.

 

Payment

NOYER ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish Kroner and include VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

 

Delivery

NOYER ApS aims to dispatch local orders received before 5 PM on the same day; orders in Denmark received thereafter will be sent the following business day. We ship to all of Denmark and internationally. Shipping rates start from 0 DKK domestically and from 130 DKK internationally. Your items are shipped via GLS or DHL. If any issues arise, please contact customer service. We deliver items on all weekdays. International orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after ordering.

Furniture

Certain items have special delivery conditions. These conditions will be specified before purchasing such items. All furniture has a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. This means production begins upon receipt of the order, but payment is not deducted until the item is shipped. Customers will receive an email when the item is dispatched.

 

Warranty and Returns

We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with consumer law. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or craftsmanship. You can have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must report the defect/error within a "reasonable time" after discovering it. NOYER ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

 

Refunds

For refunds, please provide your bank details including account number and sort code, so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be safely provided via email or another electronic form, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.

 

Right of Withdrawal

At Noyer.dk, you always have a 14-day full right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Agreement of June 2014. As a consumer, you have 14 days to notify us of a canceled purchase. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

Simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as received. You are free to unpack the product to inspect it, just as you can with our products at any of our retailers. Besides returning the item to us, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to accept the item at the post office. If you choose this option, please instruct the post office to return the item immediately.

If you have used the item but wish to cancel the purchase, we will assess the resale value, and any depreciation in value may be deducted from the refund amount.

You, as the customer, are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Returned items sent cash on delivery will be refused. Once we have received the item back and have had the opportunity to verify that it meets the conditions for withdrawal, we will arrange for the refund to be transferred to your bank account. Therefore, always enclose a copy of your invoice with your bank details (account number and sort code), so that we can refund your credit appropriately.

 

In-Store Pickup

In our webshop, it is possible to choose to pick up our products in our store. This allows you to reserve an item online and then physically pick it up in our store. The same terms apply as when you shop in our physical store.

To enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Information about your purchase

We process your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is done according to the rules in our privacy policy for NOYER ApS.
