We distinguish between products that can be shipped as parcels based on their size and weight, and larger furniture pieces that require freight shipping. If a piece of furniture cannot be shipped as a parcel, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Parcel Shipping – Smaller Products

Smaller products are shipped within Denmark and the EU via GLS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Outside the EU, we use FedEx or UPS.

You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment all the way to your door.

You are also welcome to collect your order directly from our workshop in Valby on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or by appointment.

Please note that for residential deliveries with GLS, if no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be taken to a local pickup point, where it can usually be collected the following day.

Furniture and Larger Deliveries

Larger furniture pieces are shipped with freight carriers such as Schenker, DSV, or FedEx.

Residential deliveries are normally made curbside. This means you are responsible for carrying the furniture inside yourself.

The freight company will contact you directly when your order is ready for delivery. Together, you will arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

As the packaging is not waterproof, it is important that someone is present to receive the delivery so the furniture is not left unattended outdoors.

Our furniture is typically packed in wooden crates, which may require a screwdriver to open.

Store Pickup

You can also choose to collect your order from our showroom when placing your order online. This allows you to reserve an item online and pick it up in person. Orders collected in-store are subject to the same terms and conditions as purchases made directly in our showroom.

Delivery Outside Europe

For deliveries outside Europe, freight costs for larger furniture pieces are generally not included. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Made to Order

Many of our furniture pieces are made to order. Therefore, payment is captured when you place your order.

Damage During Transport

All shipments are fully insured.

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please make a note of it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible—preferably with photos—so we can resolve the issue together.

Returns

If you wish to return your purchase, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend contacting us first so we can help you find the best possible solution.

All prices in our webshop include customs duties and VAT. There are no additional charges upon delivery. You only pay the product price and the shipping cost shown at checkout.

We handle all customs clearance on your behalf, so you do not need to take any action regarding imports or the payment of duties and taxes. This applies to every country we ship to.

If you need to return your order, customs procedures may vary depending on the destination country. Please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
