Description

Noyer’s storage bench was designed to combine storage and seating in a single piece of furniture – without compromising on its expression.

The bench is crafted from solid walnut in our workshop in Copenhagen. The front is made from narrow, vertical wooden slats that follow the rounded corners of the piece and highlight the natural variation and depth of the walnut. Small brass details create an elegant contrast with the dark wood and emphasise the handcrafted character of the bench.

The storage bench is wall-mounted, giving it a light and almost floating appearance despite being made from solid walnut. The distinctive brass leg adds a refined detail while highlighting the construction and proportions of the bench.

Under the lid, you’ll find practical storage space for the things you want to keep close at hand without necessarily having them on display. The bench is available in two versions – with or without a fixed leather cushion. Without the cushion, the solid walnut is left clean and simple, while the leather cushion adds a softer expression and a comfortable place to sit.

The result is a functional piece of furniture with a distinct presence: solid walnut, honest materials and Danish craftsmanship, designed to be used every day and to last for many years.

Shipping, Delivery and Customs

Larger pieces of furniture are shipped with freight companies such as Schenker, DSV or FedEx.

Deliveries to private addresses are generally made to the kerbside. This means that you are responsible for carrying the furniture into your home.

The freight company will contact you directly when your order is ready for delivery. You will then arrange the delivery date and time directly with them.

As the packaging is not waterproof, it is important that someone is present to receive the delivery so that the item is not left unattended.

Our furniture is typically packed in wooden crates, so a screwdriver may be required to open the crate.
